THE WINNERS OF THE 2023 WORLD CULINARY AWARDS SHINE IN DUBAI

Through our yearly awards series, World Culinary AwardsTM seeks to recognise and honour achievement in the food sector.

The World Travel AwardsTM, which were first held in 1994, have a sibling event called the World Culinary AwardsTM.

A worldwide meeting of the culinary community took place at this year’s World Culinary Awards, with pioneers and prominent figures flying from all over the world to attend the award ceremony at Dubai’s most exciting new resort.

Dubai was crowned both the “Best Culinary Destination in the World” and the “Best Culinary Destination in the Middle East” for its enticing array of cuisine from across the world.

Paris was voted the “World’s Best Culinary City Destination,” and France won “Europe’s Best Culinary Destination.”

Africa‘s Best Culinary City Destination went to Cape Town, and Peru won the title of “Latin America’s Best Culinary Destination.”

Thailand was named “Asia’s Best Culinary Destination,” while Jamaica was named “Caribbean’s Best Culinary Destination.”

The outcomes come after a year-long search for the top culinary brands in the globe. The nominee receiving the most votes in a category was declared the winner.

Voting was open to both members of the general public and experts in the culinary industry.

Rina van Staden stated

“Our esteemed winners of the 2023 World Culinary Awards exemplify excellence within the culinary sector,” said Rina van Staden, director of the organisation, “and I extend my heartfelt congratulations to each and every one of them for their contribution to elevating industry standards.”

The Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, Forte Village Resort, Zuma Dubai, Mezzaluna @ Lebua State Tower, Saigontourist Group Culinary Culture, Delicacies Festival, Gourmet on Tour, and Ecole Ducasse are among the international winners in the categories of “World’s Best Culinary Hotel,” “World’s Best Culinary Resort,” “World’s Premier Brunch Venue,” “World’s Leading Hotel Restaurant for Fine Dining,” and “World’

In addition, the event included regional culinary champions from many other continents, including Siba the Restaurant at The Table Bay, Pier Restaurant in Cape Town, Anan Restaurant & Rooftop Bar, and many more who have established standards in their own fields.
