Hyatt House hotels offer an experience that enables visitors to enjoy home-like facilities through contemporary design, modern guestroom spaces, and a warm community feel.

They are specifically created for guests seeking spacious and well-equipped living quarters for short or long-term visits.

The new Hyatt House South Melbourne will be situated in the heart of South Melbourne, close to the South Melbourne Market and a variety of other popular destinations for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

The hotel will be conveniently placed next to ANZAC station, the Royal Botanical Gardens, the Albert Park Australian Grand Prix racetrack, the business districts of St. Kilda Road, the Docklands, Southbank, and the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.

David Udell Stated:

Hyatt Group President for Asia Pacific David Udell remarked, “We are honoured to partner with Holder East Ltd to launch the Hyatt House brand in Australia.”

“The brand provides all the conveniences of home to visitors who wish to live somewhere, even for just two nights, rather than just stay there. This results in more flexible, cosy, and thoughtfully designed living and working space.

This significant achievement also represents Hyatt’s ongoing expansion of its extended-stay portfolio, which gives visitors new opportunities to interact with our renowned service.

Oasis Residences are being built.

As a part of the multi-use Oasis Residences development, the 97-room Hyatt House South Melbourne is now being built. The project was created by famous architects Hayball.

The hotel will have a range of room types, including studios and 1-bedroom Kitchen Suites designed in the form of domestic homes with kitchen islands, refrigerators, stovetops, roomy living areas, cosy bedrooms, and contemporary bathrooms.

The H Bar will be located in the all-day lounge, creating a hub for visitors to congregate and enjoy freshly prepared breakfast or unwind with a cocktail in the evening.

The hotel will have a 24-hour fitness centre and common areas for gathering, working, and relaxing.

The advent of Hyatt House South Melbourne will liven up the South Melbourne neighbourhood. According to CJ Wu, chief operating officer of Holder East Ltd., the brand’s emphasis on providing a home-away-from-home experience would make visitors feel genuinely at ease with an elevated, spacious, and sophisticated experience.

Hyatt tried to develop a more familiar and less hotel-like guest experience after entering the extended-stay industry in 2006 by offering a place to live, not just to stay.

The Hyatt House brand, which bears the name of the original Hyatt hotel, was launched in 2012 and embodies a strong sense of cosiness, comfort, and hospitality.
